
What SharpKeys will allow you to do is map the default nature of the key to a standard fucntion key. Once F-Lock is turned on, these keys behave like function keys,į1 to F12. By default, when a computer boots, instead of the Function keys being F1 through F12, they haveĪ completely different function: Help, Print, Save, etc. Unlike the Caps Lock or Num Lock keys, the F-Lock key cannot be turned on by default - it requires someone to press itīefore it's turned on.
